Introversion and extroversion

(I didn't have any other ideas for the title,sorry)
These days,we live in an "extroverts' world" (70 % of the population is extroverted) and extraversion is considered as a sign of intelligence in the western world.Introverts like me are often seen as strange,mean,shy or misanthropic.Also,many introverts feel superior and see extroverts as stupid and annoying.
That's just wrong.I undertand that some people feel that way,but really,both are equal.Introverts and extroverts need to understand each other instead of "fighting".
