Labels don't solve problems

I've seen a lot of feminists say that everyone must be a feminist and bash people who refuse to be.I've also seen a lot of "equalitarians" shove their label in moderate feminists' throat and say that if you want true equality,you must be an equalitarian.
You support gender equality and want to end sexism?That's great,really.But you don't need to have a label and force it on others.Labels are just words,and actions speak louder than words.If you really want to help end sexism,be an activist,propose solutions or donate to gender equality charities.Just like the title said,labels don't solve problems.
